Most commercial websites are created using a Microsoft Operating System. The system has a settings icon, and on the settings icon, the system has an “EASE OF ACCESS” link. A similar feature exists in the Apple System.

On that link you can enlarge your screen to fit your requirements. On that link you can also engage a narrator feature which will read the contents of the page to you. Finally, there is a magnifier you can use.
